This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in high-quality printing processes, working with advanced printing equipment and supporting the production of vibrant print materials. Whether you're an experienced operator or eager to learn, this position provides a platform to grow your expertise in offset printing, prepress, color management, and related manufacturing techniques. Join us in delivering exceptional print products that make a lasting impact! Responsibilities Set up and operate offset printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials according to specifications. Assist in preparing printing plates, adjusting press settings, and ensuring proper ink flow and registration. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime. Monitor print quality throughout production runs, perform quality control checks, and make necessary adjustments. Support other manufacturing processes such as screen printing, flexo press operations, or CNC machining as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards at all times. Qualifications Basic knowledge of print manufacturing processes including offset printing, screen printing, or flexo press operations is preferred. Mechanically minded individual Ability to learn troubleshoot technical issues. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Prior experience in flexographic/newsprint press/gravure/sheetfed or prepress workflows will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
