Who You Are You've spent 5-8 years in professional screen printing and can run a press like it's second nature. You care about craftsmanship, appreciate a well-organized shop, and enjoy working with a team that values quality, collaboration, and good energy. What You'll Do Run manual + automatic presses with confidence Coat, burn, reclaim, and prep screens Mix inks like a pro and maintain consistency Nail registration and deliver beautiful final prints Keep the shop flowing smoothly and efficiently Troubleshoot issues with a calm, solution-focused mindset Maintain our clean, fun, creative workspace What You Bring 5-8 years of screen printing experience Strong understanding of inks, emulsions, mesh counts, and specialty finishes A commitment to quality and consistency Reliability, good communication, and a team-first attitude Ability to lift 40+ lbs and stay active throughout the day Perks & Benefits Competitive wages for the Seattle/Whidbey market Ferry Reimbursement Benefits after 90 days Opportunities for overtime Room to grow as our shop expands A positive, design-focused environment where your work truly matters Ready to Join Us?
