Phone Numbers Job Summary:
The Screen/Vinyl Heat Press Printing Operator works with industrial machine to complete projects. They press logos, initials, and other designs onto a range of fabrics and may also perform maintenance duties and provide creative input. As a team, the Screen/Vinyl Heat Press Printing Operator ensures that all projects are completed timely and accurately.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience as heat press operator or similar.
  • Knowledge of Adobe and CorelDraw.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for long periods of time.
JOB DUTIES
  • Analyzing and understanding project specification and clients' needs before starting each project.
  • Selecting the vinyl and designs appropriate to each project.
  • Operate and maintain direct digital to printing software and machines.
  • Performing regular machine inspections and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Providing suggestions regarding the design, placement, and fabric and vinyl selection.
  • Keep track of multiple work orders.
  • Providing training and guidance to new staff.
  • Designing small customer projects.
  • Cleaning, trimming and inspecting orders for delivery.
  • Greeting customers and taking orders both in person and by telephone.
  • Answering telephone calls.
HOURS:
Day shift, Full Time 35-40 hours per week
PAY:
$20-$22.00 starting pay 6 months review and raise.
