Spokane, WA Job Details Full-time $18.30•$21.00 an hour 6 hours ago Benefits Paid holidays Health insurance Paid time off Life insurance Qualifications Machine operation Color management English Manufacturing facility Attention to detail Full Job Description Sublimation Transfer Machine Operator•Experience is not required, willing to train the right candidate. A sublimation transfer machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment used in the sublimation printing process, which transfers printed inks on paper onto fabric. Machine operation : Load rolls of fabrics and rolls of tissue into sublimation transfer press, feed materials through the press; and run orders. Setup & maintenance: Perform daily maintenance, calibrate machines, and troubleshoot issues.
Quality control:
Inspect finished products for defects; report discrepancies in materials or prints to supervisors.
Color management:
Understand colors, compare and have good visual color matching.
Inventory management:
Stock materials, monitor supplies, and report low inventory levels. Cleanliness & safety: Must be organized, keep the workspace clean, hazard-free, and compliant with safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to read English and follow job instructions. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with shop tools and manufacturing environments. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented setting. Must be dependable and show up every day for work. Knowledge or Experience of garment manufacturing a plus but not required. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to kneel, bend and twist if needed. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. When waiting for orders, must be willing to cross train to work in other departments within the factory.
Pay range:
$18.30•$21.00 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
Work hours:
Monday•Thursday 7:00 am•5:30 pm. Closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Possible overtime if needed.
