Screen Press Operator:
Independently set up and operate semi-automatic graphic (non-textile) screen printing presses. Inspect printing quality continuously to verify registration alignment and color consistency. Troubleshoot and resolve active printing faults by making precise press mechanical adjustments. Work safely with specialty inks, processing chemicals, and advanced plastic-based substrates. Operate automated UV curing machinery to ensure correct ink adhesion and product durability. Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary company data and follow all plant safety standards. Environment:
Year-round manufacturing work in a fast-paced production setting. Requirements for
Screen Press Operator:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
Preferred:
2+ years of verifiable experience in graphic screen printing or specialized press operations.
Preferred:
Background using measuring/testing tools such as calipers, densitometers, or spectrophotometers. Basic computer proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, and English communication fluency. Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours (nights/weekends) based on manufacturing demand. Exceptional history of daily attendance, punctuality, and high attention to detail.
