Press Op Senior - Processor

Basic Function Efficiently operate all automatic multi-color presses (Sias and Conquest). Specific Duties Skilled in operation of multicolor screen-printing equipment.

Direct personnel:

staging screen, ink, and stock prior to schedule. Press run with allotted time for any repairs Assist/direct set-up as necessary Direct and perform maintenance - daily, weekly and monthly maintenance to be performed by operator, all others to be performed by maintenance department. Report production results daily. Communicate and delegate in a professional manner. Run production jobs to BGS and customer requirements. Complete all necessary documentation. Report any policy infractions, press malfunctions, quality issues, and/or accidents to your supervisor Responsible for housekeeping around the multicolor presses Keep work area clean and orderly Other duties as assigned
