POSITION SUMMARY
Perform processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools and pneumatic tooling to manufacture product to customer drawings and specifications.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers and use simple math to perform basic calculations. Must be able to operate hand tools and pneumatic tooling such as screw drivers, utility knives, screw guns and drills to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies. Must be able to perform visual inspection and dimensional inspection of component parts prior to assembly using basic measuring tools. Complies with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions. Must be able to cut insulation and use chemicals, adhesives, paints and inks. Must be able to drive a sit-down forklift Update computer records and paperwork in accordance with production requirements. Maintain work area in clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures. Must have a working command of the English language, and be able to communicate orally and in writing.
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
