UPVC Window & Door Fabricator Manufacturing Experience Required

Fabricator - Windows & Doors Up to $31/hour | Full-Time | Day Shift | Health, Dental & Vision Insurance + Paid Time Off Summary As a Fabricator - Windows & Doors at Kömmerling USA, part of the profine Group, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring an automated line fabricating Tilt and Turn windows and doors. You will ensure that quality and design standards are met, follow technical specifications, and work closely with the Team Supervisor to address process issues, maintain a safe work environment, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor an automated line for Tilt and Turn window and door fabrication, following instructions from the Team Supervisor. Read and interpret window labels, technical drawings, and use basic measuring equipment. Ensure quality and design standards are met; promptly report deviations to the Supervisor. Monitor and track line process conditions. Troubleshoot basic process issues and escalate them to the Supervisor as needed. Identify bottlenecks and excessive WIP in non-automated aspects of the line, and communicate findings to the Supervisor. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment, including equipment care. Participate in Continuous Improvement and lean manufacturing activities. Provide timely, clear, and accurate information to Supervisors when required.

Qualifications / Experience

2-4 years of experience in a batch production environment (preferably in windows and doors manufacturing). GED required. Organized and methodical work approach. Strong literacy and numeracy skills. Willingness to work shifts and weekends as required. Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.

Additional / Desirable

Skills 2-year degree. Experience with Tilt and Turn window systems is a plus. Vinyl windows and doors manufacturing experience is a plus. Willingness to relocate to the Huntsville, AL area.
