Job Description

We are looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our millwork team. This position includes travel to job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate millwork components from shop drawings and specs. Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools with precision. Maintain quality control and follow shop safety procedures. Collaborate with shop leads to meet production timelines.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in a millwork or woodworking shop (preferred, but not required for entry-level roles). Ability to read blueprints and work independently or in teams. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Reliable work ethic and good communication skills.

Starting pay:
$14.00 - $20.00 based on experience
PTO:
