Successfully complete training on how to operate equipment needed for the assigned job, including hand tools, hoists, and other required tools.

Production Support:

Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Quality Control:

Inspect work to ensure products are assembled correctly and meet company standards.

Work Area Organization:

Maintain a clean, safe, cool, and organized work area throughout the shift.

Reliability:

Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Physical Requirements:
