Job Description

Job Title:
Assembler Job Description We are seeking dedicated assemblers for a new product line, focusing on assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement. Candidates with electrical experience are highly valued. Responsibilities Assemble fans and fan components for data center servers. Utilize basic mechanical skills to operate equipment and understand business processes. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals. Identify and resolve routine problems during assembly. Learn and operate various equipment, including power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices. Essential Skills Willingness to learn all tasks required to perform the job. Ability to work overtime as needed. Basic mechanical aptitude. Ability to work in varied environments, including on ladders, in high places, and confined areas. High school diploma or GED. Basic math skills. Commitment to performing quality work. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous assembly experience. Electrical experience. Industrial experience. Blueprint reading skills. Good teamwork skills. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled facility on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM or the 3rd shift from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Occasional Saturday work may be required, but never on consecutive Saturdays. Orientation and training occur on the 1st shift, with a two-week training period for those assigned to the 2nd shift. Safety-toed shoes are required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
