Job Description

SANY Nutrition Group LLC specializes in the development and manufacturing of high-quality protein bars and functional snacks for today's performance-driven and wellness-conscious consumers. Combining expertise in food science, ingredient functionality, and product formulation, SANY provides private label as well as branded solutions to bring innovative, market-ready snack products to life. In addition to its functional snack portfolio, SANY also produces a wide range of bakery and sweet products, including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, desserts, and innovative sweet snacks. With strong capabilities in bakery formulation, product development, and scalable manufacturing, the company supports customers from concept development through commercial production. This position is located in Jonesboro, Arkansas and requires relocation. Relocation assistance may be available.
Key Responsibilities:
Help manufacture, pack, and prepare wellness & nutrition bakery and snack products Operate basic production and packaging equipment Check products to make sure they look, weigh, and pack correctly Keep your work area clean, maintain cl and follow food safety rules Move ingredients and finished products as needed Follow safety rules and wear required protective gear Report any equipment issues, quality problems, or safety concerns Work with your team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Experience in a kitchen, restaurant, or bakery (Culinary school certificate/degree is a
BIG PLUS!
) High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Able to stand for long periods during a shift Able to lift and move materials as needed (typical warehouse/production weight limits) Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment Willing to follow food safety and cleanliness rules (GMP standards) Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work different shifts (days, nights, or weekends if required)
