About the
Role:
We are expanding across four production pipelines — commercial millwork, solid surface & laminate tops, stone shop, and residential cabinetry — and we're looking for reliable, hard-working builders to join our shop team. Whether you're an experienced craftsperson or a motivated young person ready to learn a trade, we want to hear from you. We believe in investing in people early and building skilled talent from the ground up.What You'll Do:
- Build and assemble millwork, cabinets, and related products in a professional shop setting
- Work alongside experienced craftspeople on commercial and residential scopes
- Follow production schedules and quality standards under shop leadership
- Learn finishing, installation prep, and shop organization over time
- Support multiple production departments as workflow demands shift
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced builders with cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking background — OR
- Motivated individuals with no experience but strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in a hands-on shop environment
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
