Job Description

Industrial Springdale, AR 1st Shift $16.66/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Auto Brazer to join their production department in Springdale, AR. This position involves brazing small precision parts and ensuring all assemblies meet strict quality and blueprint requirements. The Auto Brazer will work closely with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, accuracy, and a positive attitude are essential. The ideal candidate for the Auto Brazer role is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team. This position requires consistent attendance, flexibility with overtime, and the ability to maintain focus while working with small components and hand tools. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety rules when handling torches and operating brazing stations Load components into brazing fixtures at manual workstations Manually braze small assemblies using a handheld torch and brazing wire Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet blueprint and customer specifications Visually check parts for defects and proper brazing quality Operate production equipment safely and maintain it with care Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and quotas Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately Transport components within the department using tubs or pallet jacks Follow all departmental procedures and adapt to changing job responsibilities as needed Qualifications Ability to braze small or precision parts preferred (training may be available) Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or work instructions preferred Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to follow safety procedures at all times Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work with small components and hand tools for extended periods Ability to stand for long durations in a manufacturing environment Ability to move materials using tubs or pallet jacks as needed
