Job Description

Assembly Worker 1st Shift - Buckeye, AZ Canam Steel Corporation United States, Arizona, Buckeye 22253 West Southern Avenue (Show on map) Jun 17, 2026 We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in our Buckeye, AZ location! employees can earn $56K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 40-50 hour work week. This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives. Position is full-time with benefits! The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling products according to specifications and quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Assemble components according to engineering specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products.
  • Configure jigs.
  • Tack welds or clamps parts into position.
  • Conduct quality checks on assembled products.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required.
