Manufacturing setting/lab RH Systems, LLC Phoenix area (Gilbert) We're a growing, family-owned business with a worldwide sales footprint looking for two Assembly Techs to join our team! At RH Systems, we set the gold standard for high-precision humidity and temperature instrumentation. As a small, family-owned business with a worldwide reach, we design and manufacture some of the most accurate humidity generation and measurement devices in the world. The work itself:

This is an entry-level position with our assembly team, ideal for someone who's ready to begin their career in manufacturing and technology.

• You'll help build and test our precision instruments and modify cabling harnesses all while learning from our experienced technicians in a supportive, collaborative environment.
• Identify parts accurately by name or part number.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, leak testers, and other equipment safely and correctly.
• Document assembly steps as needed and complete work within production schedules.
• Follow detailed written and verbal assembly instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Our ideal candidates:

• Like to tinker, build, and figure out how things work—whether it's assembling your own PC, repairing cars, or soldering circuit boards—this could be the perfect fit for you.
• Are naturally curious, like to learn and have a passion for understanding how things work.
• Are familiar with tools and equipment — whether from school projects, hobbies, or home repairs.
• Cross the 't's' and dot the 'i's and closely follow instructions.
• Soldering experience or mechanical/electronic hobby work (is preferred but not required).
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and stand/sit/walk for extended periods.
• Focus on safety in all activities - don't cut corners, follow procedures and checklists, every time.
