Job Description
Job Summary Turbo Tint is hiring a Junior Installer for our Gilbert location. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential, working alongside experienced installers in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You'll assist with and learn the installation of: Automotive Window Tint Paint Protection Film (PPF) Ceramic Coatings Architectural Window Film Responsibilities Assist with vehicle prep, cleaning, and install setup Support senior installers on tint, PPF, and coating jobs Learn and perform basic film installation techniques Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow quality control standards and final inspections Work efficiently with the team to keep jobs on schedule Requirements Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable and punctual Coachable with a willingness to learn Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred (Not Required) Experience with automotive window tint, detailing, or shop work Experience with Architectural film, PPF, and/or Ceramic Coatings Interest in growing into a higher-level installer role Pay & Benefits $20/hour base pay Performance bonuses + commission opportunities Opportunities for Growth (Elevated Production Roles) Holiday pay, PTO, and insurance benefits available after time served Why Join Us We're a growing, performance-driven shop that promotes from within.
