Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred 1-3 years of manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Basic math and reading comprehension skills Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift Ability to follow safety, quality, and company procedures

Job Duties:

Assemble sub-assemblies and install components and accessories according to specifications Perform basic electrical wiring connections using diagrams and work instructions Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality, engineering, and customer requirements Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, lift, and move materials and finished products as needed Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and diagrams to position materials correctly Complete electronic documentation, checklists, barcoding, and shipping paperwork accurately Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area Follow all Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and company policies Jump on board and see why 8 out of 10 folks say they'd tell their best buddy to work at Staffmark too.
