Direct Hire Masis Staffing is hiring a Final Assembly Technician for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. This is a hands-on direct hire opportunity for candidates with mechanical assembly, fabrication, or truck maintenance experience who enjoy building and working with heavy-duty equipment. Responsibilities Assemble and install components on construction trucks and water tank systems Perform mechanical, electrical, and structural assembly using hand and power tools Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Conduct quality inspections and make minor repairs or adjustments as needed Work safely around heavy equipment and overhead cranes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Qualifications Experience in mechanical assembly, truck maintenance, or a related field Familiarity with electrical wiring, hydraulic systems, and mechanical systems Overhead crane experience is a plus Dependable with solid attendance and job stability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift Must provide own tools required for assembly work Required Tools Metric & SAE wrench sets Impact battery gun Battery-operated drill 3 lb hammer & mallet Wire cutters & strippers SAE & Metric Allen wrench sets Box cutter Pliers & ratchet Pipe & crescent wrenches (up to 6") Center punch Scissors Tape measure If you have strong mechanical skills and enjoy working on heavy-duty equipment in a team-oriented environment, apply today. #MFT3
