The individual filling this position will perform soldering, crimping, cable assembly, and cable harnessing. Pay starts at $20-21/hr based on experience Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:
1. Attach ends of wires to components, plugs, connectors using soldering iron or crimping device. 2. Wrap and tie wires together at designated points to form harness. 3. Use assembly sheets, drawings, and verbal/written instructions to assemble cable and wire harnesses. 4. Inspect and measure completed work to verify conformance to specifications using gauges, tape measures, calipers, or any other necessary tool. 5. Complete required documents and provide accurate daily production data. 6. Work independently with minimal supervision. 7. Consider impact to quality when making decisions.
Requirements:
1. Must be 18 years or older. 2. Minimum 3 years of experience doing Cable/Wire Harness Assembly. 3. Soldering & crimping experience a must 4. Component identification and the ability to read drawings. 5. Perform all work in accordance with acceptable quality standards. 6. Perform all work in a safe manner including proper use of personal protective equipment. 7. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 8. Must be able to work on your feet for a complete shift. 9. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Please reply to this ad with resume if interested
