DAY-TO-DAY

As a Lead Door Fabricator, your responsibilities involve preparing and receiving parts for door assembly, ensuring that every component aligns with the hardware schedule and meets manufacturer specifications.

You take pride in meticulously assembling pieces using specialized tools and referencing templates to create perfect products every time. Throughout the day, you collaborate with your team, share insights, and tackle challenges together. You conduct quality checks, ensure safety standards, and confirm materials align with project requirements. From identifying defects to maintaining tools and conducting inventory checks, your keen attention to detail and expert craftsmanship shines through in every task. REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalency Fluency in English, ability to both read and speak Experience with hand and power tools Physical stamina to stand and lift heavy objects Ability to understand schematics, technical manuals, templates, and blueprints Ability to read a tape measure down to 1/16" and calculate basic fractions Ability to confirm assigned components have been set on doors as identified by the project Ability to work overtime hours
