Assembler (2nd Shift) Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Brea, CA Job Details Full-time | Contract $17 - $19 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Position Overview Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Assembler for the second shift in Brea, CA. This temp-to-hire position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to contribute to a fast-paced production environment. The Assembler II will perform complex PCB assembly tasks and ensure that all work aligns with quality and IPC standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate automated and manual prep equipment within the department. Insert and install thru-hole components, including capacitors, resistors, ICs, and connectors per work instructions and engineering drawings. Utilize a variety of hand tools to support thru-hole assembly and minor part-fitting operations such as filing or crimping. De-panel individual circuit boards from arrays as required. Create and apply labels, including serial numbers and revision identifiers, according to work instructions. Perform high-volume, routine, and repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality. Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-4 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Ability to read and follow work instructions in English. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Demonstrate strong manual dexterity for handling small components and performing precision assembly tasks. Experience using a variety of hand tools and specialized assembly equipment. IPC-610 and/or
J-STD-001
Certification preferred but not required. Required Work Hours Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM Benefits The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.00, depending on experience.
