Clean Room Assembler - 2nd Shift

Volt is hiring Clean Room Assemblers for a busy manufacturer in Camarillo, CA! If you have experience in assembly and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Maintain a sterile cleanroom environment by following cGMP guidelines, including proper garbing and cleaning procedures Measure, cut, position, and align tubing and small components for assembly Assemble products and components according to specifications, drawings, and work instructions Use hand tools such as cable guns, tubing cutters, bag sealers, and other assembly equipment Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and diagrams Determine proper sequence of assembly steps Clean work surfaces and equipment using alcohol and bleach Inspect components and finished products for quality and accuracy Complete required documentation for lot and batch records Report defects, malfunctions, or issues to the supervisor Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies Qualifications Previous assembly experience required Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team environment Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to follow directions and ask for clarification when needed Experience completing production documentation, including batch and lot records
