Aerospace Assembler Job Description Join our team as a General Assembler specializing in water toilets and pumps, where you will perform precision assembly on production aerospace parts. You will attach parts together according to customer specifications, ensuring that each component meets high-quality standards. Responsibilities Perform precision assembly on aerospace parts according to customer specifications. Follow drawings and detailed work instructions to assemble high-quality aerospace components. Self-inspect work to ensure quality defects are mitigated and report any issues to the Assembly Lead. Utilize mechanical measuring equipment such as dial indicators, calipers, and indicating micrometers to achieve proper assembly-build requirements. Maintain dimensional accuracy using torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gauges, and other measuring devices. Work from assembly instructions, both written and oral, and follow process specifications, work orders, blueprints, schedules, schematics, layout and modification sheets, engineering orders, and verbal/written instructions. Essential Skills Experience in mechanical assembly. Proficiency with power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of mechanical measuring equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2nd Shift - 02:30 pm-11:00 pm Experience with plumbing or working with pipe/tubing is a plus. Must comply with ITAR regulations. Why Work Here?
