Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: Be able to assemble very complex assemblies accurately. Be able to work with various hand tools safely. Be able to read blueprints. Be able to utilize test equipment effectively and safely. Be able to work with little or no supervision. Assist other team members as needed based on team and production needs. Be able to read, decipher and understand basic assembly prints. Be able to use time clock and computer programs as required. Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or GED 6 months of experience in manufacturing Conditions of Employment This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements. $20/hr to $26/hr Participation in Annual Incentive Program Benefit & Retirement Plans Parker offers competitive benefit programs, including: Comprehensive coverage for medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision, voluntary optional life, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance and critical illness insurance with competitive premium cost. 401(k) Plan with company matching contributions at 100% of the first 5% of pay.
