Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with overtime as needed We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have basic experience using tools and equipment and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This role involves assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assemble components and products according to detailed written instructions, blueprints, and diagrams Use basic hand and power tools such as drills, wrenches, and measuring devices Inspect parts and completed products to ensure quality standards are met Communicate effectively in English to follow instructions and collaborate with team members Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area Report equipment issues, defects, or discrepancies to the supervisor Assist with maintaining inventory of parts and supplies as needed Support team members in meeting daily production goals #nowhiring Qualifications Basic experience using tools and equipment (drills, wrenches, measuring devices) Proficient in English (verbal and written communication) Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for long periods, lift, and perform repetitive tasks Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Preferred Skills Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly
