00 DOE Reports to the Assembly Manager Education High school or equivalent or equivalent work experience Experience Will Train Required Knowledge and Skills USCIS Form I9 Employment Eligibility Verification Able to lift 25 lbs. Able to read prints, BOMs, and work orders Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to speak and read in English Ability to use the computer to access the work order and log hours IPC-620 basic concepts Attention to detail Cutting cable and wire Coiling Prepping cable Packaging assemblies Heating Heat Shrink Tubing Machine crimping 28, 26, and 24 AWG wire Duties and Responsibilities Review work order and BOM in D365 Select proper tools and materials per documentation Cutting, coiling, prepping, packaging, heating HST, machine crimping 28, 26, and 24 AWG wire per IPC-620 standards Complete D365 work order screens Inspect parts for acceptable quality Participate in continuous improvement process Keep personal and common work areas clean and safe Perform other duties as assigned by the assembly Manager Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
