Pay Rate:
$17.75 to $18.05 per hour

Overview:
Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Production Line Worker to join our manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, operating production equipment, and ensuring all work meets quality standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient production processes and delivering high-quality products to customers. Key Responsibilities Assemble products and components on a production line according to work instructions and specifications Operate manufacturing equipment and tools safely and efficiently Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Identify and report defects, equipment issues, or production concerns to supervisors Meet daily production targets and deadlines Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment as needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is a plus Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-30 pounds Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with electronics or medical device assembly Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices Experience using hand tools and basic production equipment
Pay:
$17.75 - $18.05 per hour
