Full Job Description Airline Food and Flight Assembler Pay Rate:

up to $25.23 hourly with No Medical Insurance! Hiring Immediately!

LSG Sky Chefs with over 75 years of Catering history is hiring immediately for Full-Time team players to prepare products for our Airline, E-Commerce, and Retail customers. Description of Duties :

Responsibilities include assemble equipment/dry goods and liquor following procedures and assembly diagrams according to established processes (VPS). Sort, wrap, and pack airline dry goods/liquor & equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications. Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer's requirements. Assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation. Additional responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary.

Job Skills or Qualifications :

Must have a good attendance record. Must be able to work around moving part & wet floors Must be able to walk/stoop/ bend/ stand for entire work shift Must have good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes in specification and diagrams Must have the ability to follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork Must be accurate, organized, thorough and have attention to detail Must be able to speak, read and write in English Must be able to use fingers & hands to handle equipment Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities Must have the ability to push in excess of 70lbs and lift up to 30lbs Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must possess strong mathematical skills Must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment which includes nights, weekend, holidays subject to change due to shift bidding.

Eligible candidates must:

Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States Pass a background check and clear a drug screen Be able to stand for the FULL duration of the shift Be available to work in a 38- degree cold room, only when necessary Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world! Ability to comprehend verbal & written specifications in English Possess basic math skills MUST be able to work a Flexible schedule; This is a 24-hour operation, 7 days a week Additional eligibility requirements and details: This is a Union Position- must be willing to pay union dues after 60 days Must be available to work a full-time position, including Weekends and Holidays as needed Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently & 10+ pounds consistently. Bend / stoop & twist repeatedly & stand for 8 - 12 hours a day
