Job Description

Job Summary Assemblers / Solderers are needed for a direct hire opportunity in Sylmar, CA, supporting the assembly and soldering of aerospace components in an ITAR-regulated manufacturing environment. This role is a strong fit for detail-oriented candidates with hands-on assembly experience, steady manual dexterity, and an interest in precision work within the aerospace and industrial manufacturing sector.   • Perform hands-on assembly and soldering of aerospace components according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Work with small parts, hand tools, and precision components in a controlled production setting.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy, alignment, workmanship, and compliance with production requirements.
  • Follow established safety, quality, and documentation procedures in an ITAR-regulated facility.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation and handle components carefully to prevent damage.
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and supervisory teams to meet daily output and quality goals. Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $47,840 to $58,240.
