Summary:

This role focuses on assembling electronic and mechanical components, subassemblies, and related production hardware using detailed instructions and visual aids. The work supports a manufacturing team that relies on SOPs, diagrams, process flow sheets, hand tools, power tools, jigs, and quality checks to complete assemblies accurately. Requirements Ability to speak, write, and understand English well enough to follow written procedures, SOPs, diagrams, and assembly instructions. Manufacturing or production assembly experience, including comfort working from visual aids, method layouts, schematics, or process flow sheets. Strong attention to detail, ethical work habits, and clear communication while following established manufacturing and quality procedures. Responsibilities Perform production assembly work on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Set initial layouts and use hand tools, power tools, jigs, saws, and related production equipment to complete assembly tasks. Complete continuity checks, quality inspections, rework, modifications, reassembly, and testing as required by specifications. Important Notes This is a first-shift role in Menlo Park, CA with a Monday-Friday schedule and 40 hours per week expected. The role is performed in a production manufacturing environment and may include repetitive and nonrepetitive assembly work.
