Shift Differential:
Additional 10% for Swing Shift Shifts Available 1st Shift 2nd Shift (Swing Shift) Position Summary We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Milpitas, CA. This position involves assembling electronic and mechanical components, performing quality inspections, and following detailed work instructions to ensure products meet company standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications and work instructions Use hand tools and basic production equipment safely and effectively Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met Read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and production documents Maintain accurate production records and documentation Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns Package completed products for shipment or the next stage of production Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Ability to use basic hand tools Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills preferred Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, sit, bend, and reach throughout the shift Frequent use of hands for repetitive assembly tasks Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
