Job Description

The Job We're hiring a part-time Device Assembler to work on-site at our shop in Mountain View. You'll be building our data collection devices, testing them, fixing them when something's off, and helping us get them deployed in the field. Day to day, you'll be working with small parts, soldering, troubleshooting when things don't work the first time, and talking with our engineers to make the build process smoother over time. This is hands-on work. If you like putting things together and seeing them go out the door working, you'll fit in well here. What we're looking for Comfortable with hand tools, soldering, and detailed assembly work Solid grasp of basic mechanical and electrical systems Can read schematics and follow assembly instructions Careful, patient, and takes pride in doing the job right Easy to work with and communicates clearly Can figure out what's wrong when a device isn't behaving Must be based in the bay area. Pay:
$25.57 - $30.79 per hour
