Assembler Pay Range:
$18•22/hr. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble components and finished products according to specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Production Assembly:
Read blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to build components or finished products (e.g., electrical systems, mechanical parts).
Tools & Equipment Usage:
Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to securely connect and fasten parts.
Quality Control:
Inspect materials and finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Workflow Maintenance:
Maintain accurate inventory counts, log production data into systems, and maintain a clean, organized work area. •
Documentation:
Record production data and part counts. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read measuring tools, blueprints, and work instructions.
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Work Environment Manufacturing/production facility environment.
May require repetitive motions, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
