Assembler III (Day) Pulmonx Corporation - 5.0 Redwood City, CA Job Details $30 - $32 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Basic math English Full Job Description Assembler III (Swing) Responsibilities and capabilities: Process and assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures. Demonstrate proficiency on at least four operations. Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product. Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures. Participate in line meetings. Demonstrate initiative in taking on responsibilities and assignments beyond the scope of daily tasks. Work with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements. Maintain cleanroom integrity via proper gowning techniques and adherence to cleanroom environment practices and procedures. Work with engineers and technicians in the creation of prototype products. Maintain accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor (e.g. timecards), and special projects. Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations.

Job Specific Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience required Minimum of 4 years of related experience required Must have a high level of hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small plastic and metal components in a high-volume manufacturing setting Ability to read, write, and comprehend English Ability to utilize basic math skills Team player Must be able to work in variable working conditions which include working in the Controlled Environment Room, Shipping Area, Mold Shop and Ancillary Labs.

Compensation:
