Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler making medical devices! In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the assembly process, transforming raw materials and components into high-quality finished products. Your mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and hands-on skills will drive efficiency and excellence on the manufacturing floor. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your manufacturing expertise while contributing to line lead responsibilities. Duties Assemble components and sub-assemblies in a clean room environment using hand tools and assembly line techniques to ensure precise and efficient production. Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet strict standards and identify any defects or inconsistencies. Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including parts used and completed assemblies. Assist with inventory management by stocking parts, supplies, and finished products as needed. Qualifications Prior medical device experience is required. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Experience with material handling and QC inspection is desirable. Experience working on an assembly line or in a production environment that requires attention to detail and adherence to safety standards. Exceptional hand-eye coordination and finger dexterity for handling microscopic or highly delicate components. Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures in an FDA regulated environment. Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities. Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
