Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Main Purpose The assembler assembles products until they are completed to acceptance test procedures and routing operations by performing the responsibilities below.
Reporting to:
Operations Manager Responsibilities:

- Read, interpret electromechanical drawings, and follow detailed workinstructions from production travelers.
- Performs bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
o Uses equipment such as magnifying glass (microscope), ohm meter, epoxy machine, hydraulic crimping machine. o production hand-soldering tasks in accordance with industry standards, IPC610, IPC620. o Cut, Strip, and crimp cables according to schematic requirements. o Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools. o Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor. o Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations, wearing PPE. o Perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines. o Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision. Operates any equipment needed to perform job. o Performs related duties as needed by supervision.

Qualifications/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of related experience /
Certificate in electronics or equivalent experience
- Soldering experience
- 1+ years of work experience with Assembler Other skills & abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Open to fast paced work style and results driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized working area.
- Ability to multi-task, plan, and deliver on projects in a timely manner
- Ability to work overtime or mandatory physical inventory as needed

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls and to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Position Type /
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM TO 3:00 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Main Purpose:
The QA inspector inspects a range of components, parts and/or products for the area assigned as prescribed by all applicable specifications and quality assurance instructions.
Reporting to:

- Maintains proper records of FAI, and final inspections. And issue Quality Alerts to the team as needed.
- Identify, document, and segregate nonconforming products, communicate findings with quality and production personnel.

AS9100/ISO9001
quality system requirements and continuous improvement activities. Perform any other tasks, instructions or assignments received from supervisors or management personnel.
Qualifications/Skills:
o High school diploma or GED A secondary certificate combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations. Minimum 3 years of quality control inspector experience in electronics. Basic knowledge of IPC standards for acceptability of electronic assemblies and MIL standards for soldering and assembly requirements. o Must be able to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions, including engineering drawings, diagrams, and sketches. o 1+ years of work experience with Quality Assurance Other Skills & Abilities include: Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail o Ability to multi-task, plan, and deliver on projects in a timely manner o Ability to work overtime as needed o Open to fast paced work style and results driven

Role Overview:
The Customer & Sales Experience Specialist plays a key role in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and operational support. The position is responsible for managing customer enquiries, following up with customers, processing and completing orders, and accurately capturing sales leads. The role requires professional handling of incoming requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly, thoroughly, and in line with established procedures. Deliver high‑quality customer service and support across a range of activities, including order placement, ETDs/lead times, and product and service enquiries. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally via phone and electronic communication channels. Manage customer issues in a manner that balances customer satisfaction with the best interests of the Company. Continuously assess processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience. Proactively engage with existing customers via phone, email and other communication channels to communicate opportunities and support ongoing initiatives. Support sales activities and conduct selling efforts as required. Support the rollout of new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure successful execution of sales programes across teams and departments. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to strengthen relationships across departments and locations, supporting the achievement of organizational objectives. Ensure reporting and communication are timely, accurate and bi‑directional. Identify revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts through ongoing engagement and analysis. Contact prospective customers to identify decision‑makers, qualify opportunities and progress leads through the sales pipeline. Keep management informed of activity through timely and accurate reporting. Build credibility across the organization as a trusted contributor focused on practical solutions to business challenges.
Qualifications/Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
