The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to handle multiple tasks daily. As a Proof Assembler/Platemaker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that proofs are assembled accurately and efficiently and the plates are press ready. Duties Assemble proofs according to specifications and guidelines. Output press ready plates for production. Perform quality checks to ensure all assembled items meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the manufacturing facility. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes. Troubleshoot any assembly issues and provide solutions to improve efficiency. Qualifications Previous printing experience is preferred. Proficiency in following written instructions and the execution of those instructions. Strong mechanical knowledge to understand assembly procedures a plus. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and on your own while maintaining individual accountability. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
