The Requirement Checklist 6 months of experience assembling wire harnesses Able to read blueprints Ability to distinguish colors (color vision required) Ability to follow detailed procedures and written instructions Ability to read and understand blueprints Ability to interpret metric measurements Basic understanding of electrical components and their functions Ability to handle small objects and perform detailed handwork Ability to lift, push, and pull 1-15 lbs. unassisted Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands for fine motor tasks Ability to stand, walk, and reach as required Real Perks. No drama, just good people working together How You'll Make an Impact Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies using hand tools and electric tooling. Oversee wire cutting, wire twisting, crimping, soldering, splicing, inserting, breakout, electrical test, convoluted tubing, labeling, grease, packing, and in-process inspections.
