In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic and mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products, ensuring they meet strict industry standards. Responsibilities Assemble electronic components, including PCB (Printed Circuit Board) assemblies, using hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment Follow detailed schematics, technical drawings, and IPC 610 standards to ensure accurate assembly and soldering of components Utilize surface mount technology (SMT) techniques for precise placement of small electronic parts on PCBs Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to assist in automated assembly processes when required Conduct electrical wiring and soldering tasks to connect components securely and reliably Use calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement tools to verify component dimensions and electrical integrity Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in assembly, machining, and electrical wiring Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding electrical diagrams Skilled in soldering techniques in accordance with IPC 610 standards Familiarity with surface mount technology (SMT) assembly processes Experience working with PCB components, including surface-mounted devices (SMDs) and through-hole parts Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, calipers, ohmmeters, and other measurement devices accurately Knowledge of manufacturing best practices and quality control procedures related to electrical and mechanical assembly Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to safety Join us in creating innovative products by applying your technical expertise as an Assembler!
