Assembly Technician :

Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet quality and customer standards Follow core values, written and verbal instructions, and complete assigned duties including overtime as needed Read work orders, verify kit quantities, and perform quality checks to meet production and completion targets Monitor equipment, report issues, and perform approved preventative maintenance Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area following company standards Maintain level 3 proficiency, train team members, and support additional departmental needs Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for

Assembly Technician :

High school diploma or equivalent No experience required; soldering assembly experience a plus Strong communication skills with full English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension High attention to detail and manual dexterity for accurate, efficient work Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and production goals Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a productive work environment Adequate visual acuity, with or without correction, to safely perform job duties Ability to stand for duration of shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach If you possess experience and relevant skills, this opportunity may be an excellent fit for you.
