You will work closely with the production team and supervisors to assemble small, precision components on-site during the 1st shift (M-F, 5:00am-1:30pm). Your accuracy and consistency will directly affect throughput and product reliability. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Perform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components following shop instructions and procedures Review shop traveler/route cards or schematic drawings to confirm correct sequence of operations Position very small parts (ceramic boards, crystals, fine pins) under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixtures Adjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base parts Bond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies using heaters or ovens and perform in-process testing Follow all safety policies and procedures and maintain regular, consistent attendance Support additional tasks or variable schedules, including nights and weekends as needed Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role 1-2 years of assembler experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints, shop travelers, and manufacturing instructions Strong communication skills (oral and written) Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small parts Ability to operate hand tools and light machinery and perform basic mathematics Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent related experience Must be a U.S. person as defined under ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee) Here's What Else Might Help You Out Aerospace industry experience Sewing experience Troubleshooting knowledge Pay Range $20.00/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
