Production Test Technician Pay Rate:
$27.00/hr We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Test Technician to join our team! In this role, you will perform advanced technical testing, repair, and maintenance on complex electronic, electrical, and electro-mechanical components supporting innovative robotic systems. About the
Role:
Under general supervision, you will follow written and verbal instructions to troubleshoot, repair, and test a wide variety of assemblies and systems. You'll work with diagnostic software and specialized tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, analyzers, and other testing equipment to ensure product quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings for testing and repair Perform testing and repair of complex electro-mechanical assemblies Support failure analysis and final product testing while documenting findings Communicate repair status and technical issues with leadership and cross-functional teams Conduct quality inspections to ensure workmanship standards are met Complete documentation accurately in accordance with company guidelines (GDP) Record transactions and maintain traceability in systems such as SAP Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred 1-2+ years of related technical experience in electronics, testing, or manufacturing Ability to read, write, and interpret technical instructions in English Basic math and strong problem-solving skills Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams Ability to work flexible or varying shifts as needed
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Repetitive motion and continuous hand movement required Strong hand-eye coordination and visual acuity Work in a production and repair environment with exposure to electrical components and standard chemicals Ability to work extended hours when needed Why Join Us?
