Job Description

IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR ASSEMBLER - 1ST, 2ND SHIFT
- $19.25/
HOUR Responsibilities:
Perform electronic & mechanical assembly, coating, packaging Use microscopes, hand tools, syringes, soldering tools Inspect, test, and document results Repair defects and maintain traceability Follow procedures, safety, and cleanroom standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED 6+ months manufacturing experience Assembly, inspection, and tool handling skills Ability to follow detailed instructions
Preferred:
Medical device or cleanroom experience Machine operation & process-driven roles
Work Environment:
Cleanroom, repetitive tasks, team setting Strict dress code (no makeup, jewelry, etc.) High focus on quality, cleanliness, and compliance
Additional Information:
1st
Shift:
5am or 6am to 1:30pm or 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays 2nd
Shift:
2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, frequent mandatory Saturdays, must be able to train on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks Must be available for mandatory Overtime on the back end of the shift
  • There is a possibility that some candidates will be moved to a 9/80 shift after training based on current need.

6 months of manufacturing experience needed
Operator II:
3-4 years of manufacturing experience
Operator III:
5+ years of manufacturing experience 1st

Pay is $20.00/hr
Operator III:
Pay is $20.75/hr 2nd

Pay is $21.18/hr

Pay is $22.00/hr

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Temecula, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.25 - $22.83/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
