Schedule:

20 hours/week — 2 full days (8:00-4:30) and 1 half‑day (8:00-12:00) .

• Job Description The Assembly Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful formulation, mixing, and assembly of products.

You will be responsible for preparing solutions, adjusting pH levels, conducting quality control measurements, operating filling equipment, and maintaining inventory records. Responsibilities Prepare solutions and follow batch instructions to ensure consistent blends. Perform quality control measurements including weight, viscosity, and density checks. Conduct visual inspections and collect samples for quality assurance. Operate manual or automated filling equipment and perform sealing and integrity tests. Assemble components, complete final closures, and package finished products. Receive materials, track lot numbers, maintain environmental logs, and finalize batch records. Essential Skills Experience in assembly and mechanical assembly. Familiarity with medical device assembly. Knowledge of manufacturing, biopharmaceutical production. Proficiency in using small tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Proficiency with Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a lab-adjacent environment. Comfortable with precise measurements and small equipment usage. Why Work Here?
