Adeccos helping their customer in Whittier Ca hire for an assembler position. The Assembler is responsible for assembling mission-critical consoles, technical workstations, and custom furniture systems used in public safety, utility, government, and control room environments. This role ensures products meet companys quality, durability, and ergonomic standards while adhering to production schedules and safety guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- + Assemble custom console systems, cabinetry, workstations, and integrated furniture components according to engineering drawings and work orders + Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation accurately + Install hardware, basic electrical components, cable management systems, and accessory integrations + Perform quality inspections throughout assembly to ensure structural integrity and finish standards + Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment + Meet daily and weekly production targets without compromising quality + Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines + Assist with packaging and preparation of finished products for shipment + Maintain organized workstations •
Required Skills:
- + High school diploma or equivalent + 1-3 years of experience in assembly, cabinetry, millwork, or manufacturing + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions + Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively + Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with strong self-motivation + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods + Strong teamwork and communication skills •Pay Rate•$17-$18 •1st Shift•6am-2:30pm If interested please send your resumes to •AdeccoBranch5140@adeccona.
