KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1
st shift 7:00AM- 3:30pm Monday
- Friday Train in and operate any cell in ANSIMAG Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly. Primary responsibility in Final Pump Assembly, Light Component Assembly, Test Stand Support, Hydrostatic Test Stand Support, Packaging, and Shipping. Maintain high personal productivity level
- Work independently to meet customer demands and manage work load of department Identify and report any assembly issues or defects to ensure product quality.
- learn multiple skills Strive to perform tasks outside of daily expectations to improve process efficiency and safety
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years experience in assembly work within a industrial manufacturing environment, demonstrating strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to read and interpret GD&T, complex engineering drawings, and working knowledge of shop trigonometry. Strong mechanical aptitude/machine expertise Experience with quality control processes to ensure product compliance with specifications. Basic computer skillsWE VALUE
High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving assembly issuesABOUT HONEYWELL
