This role reports to the Subassembly Manager and is responsible for the fabrication and assembly of components used in the construction of truck campers. This role requires experience or proficiency with basic tooling and materials. Diligence and careful adherence to procedure is required for timely completion of all work orders. The role will also include basic inventory management including receiving, stocking and inventory counts. work order generation and fulfillment. Training will be provided. Pay raises will come with proficiency and acquisition of new skills.
Skills you can learn include:
- DC electronics and wiring
- 120v electrical standards
- 2D CAD modeling
- Laser cutter and CNC operation
- Receiving and warehouse management This is a good learning opportunity for someone who is interested in working in the trades.
Basic construction techniques or materials handling is a plus. Tools used include caulking guns, chop saws, drills, grinders, impact drivers, and various other hand and power tools. We also use project management software accessible via smartphones and tablets. This is a physical job and will require being on your feet, lifting items over 50 lbs., etc.

Compensation & Hiring Process:
