Production Assembler

We have an outstanding Contract to Hire position for aProduction Assemblerto join a leading Company located in theColorado Springs, COsurrounding area.

Pay Rate:

$18.00 The Production Associate is responsible for assembling printed circuit boards (PCBs) and wiring power supply units. This role includes installing through-hole components, soldering to IPC standards, and supporting overall electronic assembly operations.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Install through-hole (PWB/PCB feed-through) components + Perform hand soldering in accordance with

IPC-A-610

standards + Assemble and wire power supply units and subassemblies + Read and follow work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings + Inspect work for quality and ensure compliance with specifications + Support SMT assembly (if experienced or trained) + Maintain a clean and organized work area

Basic Hiring Criteria:

+ Experience with electronic assembly and soldering components + Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 preferred or certified) + Ability to work with small components and hand tools + Basic understanding of PCB layouts and wiring + Strong attention to detail and quality + Required experience in building circuit boards

Desired Qualifications:

+ Prior

IPC-A-610
