A growing lighting manufacturer is looking for a Production Prep Associate to join our crew! If you like working with your hands, staying busy, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be the perfect fit. In this role, you'll help prepare and assemble LED lighting products before they head out to customers. You'll work with computers to program power supplies, assemble components, and keep products moving smoothly through production and shipping. What You'll Be Doing Program power supplies using a computer Attach LED components to metal reflectors using plastic fasteners Load finished products onto carts Move carts to the shipping area Package products into shipping boxes Assist with assembly tasks as needed What We're Looking For Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per shift Able to work in a fast-paced production environment Flexible and willing to move between departments throughout the day Reliable team player with a strong work ethic Schedule & Pay $20/hour Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime opportunities available Enjoy your evenings and weekends free!
